The Oklahoma Rural Economic Advancement Program was established to address the gaps that prevent economic development in rural areas.
Founding Board Members
Ms. Moore, a Non-Profit, Private, and Public Sector Expert, has extensive experience working in the non-profit, private, and public sectors, specializing in compliance, policy/procedure, and fundraising. She has a strong background in improving organizational efficiency, managing construction or programmatic projects that are stalled or out of compliance, and establishing programs and departments for greater impact. Ms. Moore's expertise in compliance ensures any REAP Oklahoma program success.
Ms. Gray brings 16 years of experience in securities, investment banking, and government contracting. She has a deep understanding of portfolio strategy, cash flow analysis, asset/liability management, and public/private finance, which will be critical in the financial management of the REAP Oklahoma and her experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring will be instrumental in securing funding and managing the financial components of the project.
Dr. Zachery is deeply committed to advocating for under served communities in rural America. His experience in working directly with rural communities and advocating for sustainable agricultural practices, as well as his expertise in community outreach and education, will be invaluable in REAP Oklahoma.
Ms. Marble brings more than two decades of experience in consulting, funding, and marketing niche technologies. Ms. Marble’s expertise in aligning business practices with greater good initiatives will play a central role in ensuring the success of REAP Oklahoma. Her experience in launching innovative projects and securing funding for sustainable technologies aligns perfectly with the REAP Oklahoma objectives ensuring its long-term success.
Dr. Shrum, an Innovative and strategic organizational leader with over 20 years experience in nonprofit and public sectors, with in-depth experience and networks in the philanthropic community, community economic development, and the
arts. The expertise Dr. Shrum brings to REAP Oklahoma is directly responsible for +$200MM in grants and philanthropic giving, leveraging +$300MM in additional
investment.
